Delivery & Returns Information:

We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card OR the address confirmed on your PayPal account. All online purchases are packaged into a non-branded postal pack or parcel. Upon dispatch, you will receive confirmation via email.

Delivery Charges:

UK: For parcels under 30kg in weight we charge a standard shipping fee of £4.95. All orders are sent via Parcel Force. Orders should arrive within 2-3 working days.

Pallet Delivery Information - Pallet Delivery Service

If you are ordering a barbecue or product weighing over 30kg other than local service this will be delivered on a pallet this is to ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them.

Pallet deliveries cannot be made :

On to soft ground such as grass, gravel, or soil.
To a premises where it is illegal for a lorry to park or offload.
Where the surface of the access road is very unstable, soft or muddy.
Where the access road is on a steep incline.
Where the access road does not provide 10 feet (3.05m) width clearance and 14 feet (4.27m) vertical clearance.

We do not deliver outside the UK

Returns:

Whilst we hope that you will love your product, items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery and so long as they are unused, undamaged and in the original saleable condition as when purchased. A full refund will be issued to the original form of tender within 5 working days once the item is returned to The Barbecue Shack, we do not cover the cost of returns, this is at the customers expense.

It is important to note that in the case of a purchase of rubs and sauces, we are not be able to accept a return.
